The recipe for the perfect pizza dough

Ingredients:

250 gr. flour
125 ml. lukewarm water
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
10 g | 0.35 oz | 0.02 lbs | 2.65 tsp | 0.88 tbsp  fresh yeast
3 tbsp oil
amount of dough for
two pizza of 24 cm in diameter or
1 round baking pan of 33cm to 36cm in diameter or
1 rectangular baking sheet max. 32 cm x 36 cm
The pizza is baked at a high temperature of 275°C to 350°C, 8 to 10 minutes.

Recept za savršeno pica testo

Sastojci:

250 gr. brašna tip 400 meko
125 ml. mlake vode
8 gr. šecera
6 gr. soli
10 gr svežeg kvasca
45 ml. ulja
kolicina oko 410 gr. testa je za
dve pice od 24 cm precnika ili
1 okrugli pleh od 33cm do 36cm precnika ili
1 pravougaoni pleh max. 32cm x 36cm
Pica se peče na visokoj temperaturi od 275°C do 350°C, 8 do 10 minuta.
